The NAO baseball/softball league plays under the PONY rules and regulations.

PONY Baseball and Softball is a non-profit organization established in 1951. PONY organizes youth baseball and softball leagues and tournaments worldwide. The PONY acronym stands for "Protect Our Nation's Youth." The main headquarters is in Washington, Pennsylvania.
